I was kind of in a rush to get this, so the shipping felt slower than I expected. It did arrive eventually, but I wish it had gotten here a bit sooner.

"Payment felt a bit sketchy"
I tried to pay on Camila Cabello and the checkout kept failing on me. One attempt sort of looked like it might have gone through, but I never got a clear confirmation, so I was left wondering if I’d be charged twice. To be fair, I can’t say for sure if it was the site, my card, or some random glitch, but it definitely didn’t feel reassuring. Support didn’t really clear things up either, so I probably wouldn’t use it again.

"Pretty site, but frustrating on my phone"
I went on camilacabello.com just trying to check tour dates and maybe browse merch, nothing complicated, but it turned into one of those weirdly annoying phone experiences. The site looks nice at first, kind of glossy and dramatic, but then the loading dragged and the menu kept shifting around when I tried to tap it, which instantly made me not want to keep looking.
Also, this might just be me getting impatient, but a few pages felt more like giant visuals than actual useful info. I kept scrolling, then backtracking, then wondering if I had missed something obvious, and somehow still couldn’t find basic stuff quickly. Cool aesthetic, sure, but actually using it felt like a chore.

"Shirt didn’t really feel like official merch"
I ordered a shirt from Camila Cabello thinking it would be a fun little treat, and at first I was like, okay, maybe it’s fine. But then I looked closer and nope, my mood changed fast. The print looked cheaper than I expected, and the tag wasn’t what I thought official merch would have.
Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I really expected it to feel better and more legit. I wanted to like it, but it just didn’t give me that official merch feeling, so I probably wouldn’t order again...

"The sizing just made no sense"
I ordered my usual size thinking it would be fine, but the fit was all over the place. Like, somehow it was too tight in certain areas and then weirdly loose in others, which I don’t even know how that happens. I checked the sizing chart beforehand too, so I really thought I was being careful, but it didn’t help at all. Just kind of frustrating and not worth dealing with.

"Customer service is MIA"
I emailed camilacabello.com about an issue with my order and got literally no response. Waited a few days, sent a follow-up, and still nothing lol. It’s super frustrating when you’ve already paid and can’t even get a basic reply. Customer service feels basically non-existent tbh. I wouldn’t order again unless they actually fix this.

I returned my order and I’m still sitting here waiting for my refund. The whole return process has been way more frustrating than it should be, i regret buying from them at all.

"Checkout was slower than it should’ve been"
It worked in the end, so I’ll give it that, but wow, the checkout took longer than I expected. Like, I’m just trying to pay and move on with my day, not sit there wondering if the page froze or if my order actually went through. Nothing totally broken, just slower than it really needs to be.

I was ready to grab a hoodie, but every size I actually wanted was sold out. I checked back later thinking maybe it was just bad timing, but nope, still nothing. Snap judgment? Frustrating and not worth the hassle.

I ordered a few weeks ago and expected a little more communication. Maybe it’s just me, but if something is taking that long, I’d like to at least know what’s going on. I emailed to ask for an update and didn’t hear back until days later, and even then the reply was vague. I still don’t really know when my order is supposed to arrive, which is frustrating.

"Not worth the price"
I ordered a shirt from Camila Cabello and was disappointed when it arrived. The material felt thin, the print looked kind of cheap, and after just one wash it already started to fade. You expect better quality when you’re paying that much, so i wouldn’t buy it again
